CICS/TS Structure and Problem Analysis

Description

This course offers a discussion of the various types of outages that affect CICS/TS normal execution and the tools available to resolve them. Class time is divided between lectures and problem solving exercises. Students are encouraged to bring system Dumps for classroom analysis.

Audience

CICS system programmers, CICS technical support specialists, and other experienced application programmers willing to learn CICS internal structures.

Prerequisite

Technical programming or CICS system programming.
