Description

This course combines lectures with challenging hands-on exercises to enhance the skills of Assembler language programmers.

Audience

Application or system programmers who code, test, or maintain Assembler programs in an IBM mainframe environment.

Prerequisite

Basic Assembler Programming, TSO/ISPF and OS/390 JCL.

Objectives

Students will be able to:

  • design and code complex Assembler programs
  • use binary data and register instructions
